The book donation activities aim to enhance cultural exchanges between China and South Sudan. Quoting from Jin Ying, a Chinese scholar in Qing Dynasty, Chinese president Xin Jinping said, "There is no limit to what is desired, when there is a will, there is a way.” Xi emphasized that nothing can stop people around the world from longing for a better life. He made the remarks at the 23rd St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF) on June 2019.

As president Xi said, “Civilizations have become richer and more colorful with exchanges and mutual learning”. Since its establishment in April 2019, CAI has been dedicated to enhance people-to-people exchanges and deepen friendship between the Chinese and African people. CAI will continue to contribute to the development of China-Africa relationship and the building of a community with a shared future for mankind.
