Tong Fei, Associate Professor of social and cultural section of Institute of West-Asian and African Studies( IWAAS), Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS).
Born in June 1975 in Shandong Province of China. 1997, Bachelor of Arts, Department of Arabic, Beijing Second Foreign Languages University.
2003,Master's degree in Economy, from Department of West-Asian and African Studies, Postgraduate School of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
2010, Doctor’s degree in World History, Institute of Middle East Studies, University of Northwest.
From September 2001-April 2002,study at Kuwait University, arranged by National Education Commission.
From September 2006-September 2007, Third Secretary at Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in the United Arab Emirates.
Form June 2009-July 2009, being visiting scholar at London University, UK, arranged by British Academy.
From August 1st-31st 2011, being visiting scholar at Helsinki, Finland, arranged by Finland Academy.
