Tian Muye, Ph.D. in Management, Assistant Research Fellow

at the Institute of West Asian and African Studies (IWAAS) of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences (CASS). He got his bachelor's degree from the Department of Sociology, College of Humanities and Social Science, Nanjing Agricultural University, and obtained his master's and doctoral degrees from the College of Humanities and Development studies, China Agricultural University. During his doctoral studies, Tian Muye visited the Asia Research Institute of the National University of Singapore, and joined the Institute of West Asian and African Studies (IWAAS) in 2020. He has presided over a project of the Central Institute of Socialism's High-end Think Tank on the United Front, and participated in a number of projects of the National Social Science Foundation and provincial and ministerial-level projects. He has published many academic papers in journals such as Journal of North Minzu University , Journal of China-Africa Studies, Qinghai Journal of Ethnology, and Journal of China Agricultural University (Social Science).
